We are confident that you will find the suite and included amenities very comfortable, enjoyable, well equipped and perfectly located in the centre of... well, everything.
You will be able to enjoy some recently added features including a Visitor Information Binder with personal maps and a welcome basket. In the suite you can enjoy a large music collection, a movie collection and a Karaoke collection. We also have a cartoon collection (Walt Disney & others) for the kids. For babies and toddlers we have a collection of many educational videos/TV series and we can provide a playpen and a high-chair. All the amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, library, lounge, secure underground parking) are in the building and are an integral part of the property. Access to everything is secure by a wireless key which is required even to operate the 3 elevators which will go only to the designated floor programmed into each key.
You can use the meeting rooms, library, board room or lounge for business meetings (no extra charge, no scheduling is required - first come first serve). You can also reserve the lounge for private evening functions at CAD $75/night.
In the suite you can enjoy a nice walk-in closet, a safe, a small private office equipped with fast wireless/wired Internet, fax, phone (free calls within US/Canada and UK), printer, office accessories and a variety of books. The solarium is a great place to enjoy breakfasts or dinners and can accommodate comfortably 4 people. If you enjoy cooking - the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including stainless steel cooking sets, coffee maker, juicer, new appliances and more.
The high-definition 42" wide flat screen TV lets you really enjoy watching the hundreds of digital and HD channels and you can select your choice music from the 40 digital music channels. Both the main audio system and the stereo alarm-clock in the bedroom have ports for an iPod and a USB flash drive. This way you can bring your own music, movies or pictures and watch/listen in either system. In case that is not enough, you can always order from the Video-on-Demand and the Pay-per-View a large selection of contemporary and archived movies of all kinds.
The suite is located downtown Vancouver, on the 3rd floor, half a block away from the centre of trendy Yaletown with all the trendy restaurants and shops.

If you need secure underground parking it is additional CAD$ 15/day and there will be a charge of CAD $110 for professional cleaning after you check out (will be deducted from the damage/security deposit). A damage/security deposit will be required prior to your arrival and should be processed not longer than 7 days before checking-in.
